Le Locataire reconnaît être responsable de toute détérioration, vol ou perte du vélo durant la période de location. En cas de vol le Locataire devra déposer une déclaration auprès des autorités compétentes.
Le Loueur décline toute responsabilité en cas d’accident corporel ou matériel survenu pendant l’utilisation du vélo.
Le locataire reconnait avoir souscrit à une assurance type » Responsabilité civile »

les mineurs doivent être accompagnés d’une personne majeure durant toute la durée de la location
La location d’un vélo AE n’est pas possible en dessous de 14 ans

Sur les circuits demandés par le locataire, le loueur n’est en aucun cas responsable de tout incident pouvant survenir sur le parcours, quelle qu’en soit l’origine

De Huurder erkent verantwoordelijk te zijn voor enige schade, diefstal of verlies van de fiets gedurende de huurperiode. In geval van diefstal moet de Huurder een verklaring indienen bij de bevoegde autoriteiten.De Verhuurder wijst iedere verantwoordelijkheid af in geval van lichamelijk letsel of materiële schade die optreedt tijdens het gebruik van de fiets.
De huurder erkent een verzekering van het type ‘Burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid’ te hebben afgesloten.
De voorwaarden van het huurcontract accepteren en ondertekenen
Minderjarigen moeten gedurende de hele huurperiode vergezeld worden door een volwassene.
Het huren van een AE-fiets is niet mogelijk voor jongeren onder de 14 jaar

Op de circuits die door de huurder worden gevraagd, is de verhuurder op geen enkele manier verantwoordelijk voor eventuele incidenten die zich op de route kunnen voordoen, ongeacht de oorzaak.

In the event of theft, the Tenant must file a report with the appropriate authorities.The Lessor declines all responsibility in the event of bodily injury or property damage occurring during the use of the bicycle.
The tenant acknowledges having taken out a liability-type insurance.
Accept and sign the terms of the lease agreement
Minors must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the rental.
Renting an electric-assisted bike is not possible for those under 14 years old.
