Responsibility and Insurance

The Tenant acknowledges being responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the bicycle during the rental period. In the event of theft, the Tenant must file a report with the appropriate authorities.The Lessor declines all responsibility in the event of bodily injury or property damage occurring during the use of the bicycle.

The tenant acknowledges having taken out a liability-type insurance.

Accept and sign the terms of the lease agreement

Minors must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the rental.

Renting an electric-assisted bike is not possible for those under 14 years old.

Helmet provided and mandatory

Safety vest provided and mandatory

For the routes requested by the renter, the lessor is in no way responsible for any incident that may occur along the route, regardless of its origin.
